The spread of this concept is beyond all expectation and I am quite happy it contributes to the analytic thinking of complexity of health care. The particular application of the quaternary prevention (P4) concept is absolutely brilliant. Nevertheless I would propose some slight modifications to the table 1 edited by the author which I have taken the liberty to reproduce here with the due authorization of Dr Bae and after several mail exchanges with him.
